Come home.
Check email, perform other online bureaucracy.
Write for at least an hour.
Enjoy other diversions.
Hit the sack by 0530.
Slowly move reveille back to maximize sunshine exposure, and hit the rack accordingly earlier.
Reduce beer consumption to three a day.
Quit smoking April 12.
So far, so good.
